I’ve been to Urban Plates four times now, but this visit was easily the best one yet thanks to Kandice. She was honestly amazing—not just patient, but she really went out of her way to make our day. She helped us navigate the menu, showing us the screen with the food photos and calorie info, and gave us some great tips on which flavors paired well together. Really cute place, with TONS of allergy friendly options. They even asked if we had allergies before placing the order just to ensure the food is properly prepared. Kandice was super nice and knowledgeable as well! :) Food was amazzzzing!!! Definitely will be back!

I always love coming here. They have great vegetarian options. The mac & cheese is great. The fries are great. Cookies are great. They have stubborn soda if you’re into cane sugar sodas. Kaitlyn A helped me out and gave great service!
