I truly dislike the G7 the accuracy on the device is horrible. Every time I think my numbers are great I check with a quick blood glucose check and the readings are way off. I calibrate at least 2-5 times a day. The point of the CGM is to minimize blood glucose check with a meter. The G6 was better but I find out they will discontinue G6 this summer 🙄 I want a continuous meter that is accurate an

I contacted customer service to inquire about a Dexcom G7 sensor replacement for my husband as one was defective. Fortunately, I spoke with a representative who was very helpful. He was efficient and professional. A replacement voucher is being sent. Thank you.
